In a world where technology often races ahead of humanity, Rosalie M. Pañares is steering innovation in a different direction, one that blends disruption with compassion. From a modest garage in Bulacan to the global business stage, Rosalie’s journey is a story of courage, clarity, and conviction.
As the Founder and CEO of Thaumazo EXpress Transport Solutions (TEXTS) Inc., she is transforming the way Filipinos move, earn, and connect, all while proving that purpose-driven innovation can be both profitable and humane.
At the heart of her vision lies a belief that technology should not only serve progress but also preserve dignity. Through TEXTS Inc., Rosalie is building a mobile platform that’s redefining transport, empowering communities, and restoring fairness in an industry often driven by profit margins. Her fixed-commission model is not just a business decision, it’s a movement for equality and inclusion that ensures riders, merchants, and customers grow together.
Rosalie’s leadership is deeply rooted in empathy, faith, and an unwavering commitment to humanizing technology. What began as a small initiative to create jobs for local families in Bulacan has evolved into a global consulting and transport innovation enterprise that continues to champion Filipino ingenuity on the world stage.
For Rosalie, success isn’t measured by expansion alone, but by impact, how many lives are touched, how many opportunities are created, and how many communities are uplifted through her vision. Her story reminds us that leadership is not about speed but direction, and in her case, it’s a direction guided by heart, purpose, and faith.
As readers journey through her inspiring narrative, they’ll discover how one woman’s determination turned obstacles into opportunities, and how her philosophy of “disruption with a conscience” continues to reshape industries while inspiring countless others to lead with empathy.
Tell us about your background and journey so far
“My journey began with a degree in Mass Communication from Mondriaan Aura College, a field that may seem far from technology, yet became the foundation of my leadership,” Rosalie shares. “Communication taught me to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and connect authentically with people.”
To complement her leadership and broaden her professional expertise, Rosalie pursued further education, earning a Diploma in Accounting for Non-Accountants from the University of the Philippines, completing Project Management Professional (PMP) Course in UAE, and finishing 18 Units in Professional Education. These achievements reflect not just academic discipline, but a lifelong commitment to growth and integrity.
Through TEXTS Inc., my mission remains simple yet powerful: to humanize technology and bring dignity back to every transaction.
What makes your work or business unique?
At TEXTS Inc., we call it “disruption with a conscience.” Unlike traditional food delivery and logistics apps that charge high and fluctuating commissions, TEXTS stands as the only mobile application offering a fixed commission model. Regardless of a merchants’ and riders’ earnings, only ₱15.00 is deducted per delivery, while riders keep 100% of their delivery fee when fulfilling Food Delivery.
This model restores fairness and opportunity, ensuring that merchants thrive, riders earn with dignity, and customers experience efficient, affordable service. Our Filipino tagline captures the movement perfectly:
“Kailangan ba ng sasakyan? i-TEXTS na ’yan. Gutom ka ba? i-TEXTS mo na.”
It’s not just an app, it’s a commitment to shared growth and social equity.

One of my most fulfilling accomplishments is introducing a mobile application created to give my fellow Filipinos a reliable, accessible, and affordable transportation alternative. More than just an innovation, this initiative was born from a genuine desire to ease the daily struggles of commuting, something every Filipino understands all too well.
In a time when transportation challenges often test the patience and resilience of our people, this app seeks to bridge communities, restore convenience, and uplift local drivers by integrating efficient technology with a compassionate, customer-centered approach. It is designed not only to move people from one place to another, but also to bring hope, dignity, and opportunity to those who depend on transport for their livelihood.
This milestone reflects my unwavering belief that technology should serve humanity, that innovation becomes truly meaningful when it touches lives, strengthens communities, and makes everyday journeys a little lighter for the Filipino people.
What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
As a mother of five, one of my greatest challenges has been balancing motherhood and leadership. There were seasons when the business demanded my full attention and moments when my children needed me more than ever. I learned early on that it’s not about achieving perfect balance, it’s about creating harmony through faith, structure, and trust.
I surrounded myself with capable, mission-driven teams, learned to delegate effectively, and leaned on my family as my greatest source of strength. My children became my inspiration, the reason I built a company that values both productivity and presence.
What is your vision for the future?
My vision is to lead a global transformation in the transport and logistics sector, one that merges innovation with empathy. I see a future where autonomous fleets operate under human oversight, where AI-driven logistics anticipate needs, and where technology enhances, not replaces, human capability.
More than building systems, I want to build legacies, enterprises that prove profitability and compassion can coexist, and where Filipino ingenuity inspires the world.
How do you stay motivated and relevant in your field?
I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My purpose has always been to create opportunities for others, to prove that business can be both impactful and kind.
To stay relevant, I stay curious. I learn from global markets, from cultural diversity, and from my own team. Whether consulting in the UAE or mentoring students in Bulacan, I’ve realized that while strategies differ, human values remain universal.
Faith keeps me grounded, vision keeps me moving, and service keeps me inspired.

What advice would you give to aspiring women leaders and professionals?
Don’t wait for the perfect time, start where you are, with what you have. Resources don’t define vision; clarity does.
Build wisely, learn continuously, and never chase the spotlight. Instead, focus on learning from others’ failures, growing through your own, and staying faithful to your mission.
Most importantly, remember this: profit sustains the business, but faith sustains the leader and compassion sustains the people who make that business possible.
TEXTS stands as the only mobile application offering a fixed commission model, regardless of a merchant’s earnings, only ₱15.00 is deducted per food delivery, while riders enjoy 100% of their delivery fee.
Our mission is clear: TEXTS restores fairness, opportunity, and connection, where every participant earns with dignity and purpose.
“TEXTS is more than a business, it’s a movement,” she explains. “Our mission is clear: to restore fairness, opportunity, and connection, where every participant earns with dignity and purpose.”
