Tell us about your background and journey so far.
I started Alisha’s Aesthetics with one simple vision: to transform my passion for beauty into a business that empowers others. My journey began as a practitioner in aesthetics, but I quickly realised that my true calling was not only to deliver treatments but to create a platform where women could learn, grow, and build financial freedom. What started as a small venture has now grown into an award-winning training academy, helping hundreds of women build 6-figure beauty businesses of their own.
What makes your work or business unique?
Alisha’s Aesthetics is more than a training academy, it’s a movement. We don’t just teach treatments, we mentor our students in business, sales, and strategy so they leave with the tools to truly succeed. Our unique approach combines hands-on practical skills with entrepreneurial coaching, allowing women to step into the industry with confidence, clarity, and a clear path to success.
Share one achievement you’re most proud of.
One of my proudest achievements is seeing my students flourish. Many of them have gone from having no prior experience to running their own thriving beauty businesses, some even surpassing 6 figures in revenue. Knowing that I’ve played a part in changing their lives and giving them independence is the greatest reward.
What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
Like many women in business, I faced challenges with self-doubt, limited resources, and balancing personal and professional responsibilities. The aesthetics industry is competitive, and in the early days, I often felt overlooked. I overcame these challenges by investing in my own growth, learning from mentors, and refusing to give up on my vision. Every setback became an opportunity to refine my strategy and build stronger foundations.
What is your vision for the future?
My vision is to take Alisha’s Aesthetics global. I want to expand our training internationally and build a worldwide network of empowered beauty entrepreneurs. Our upcoming Dubai launch is the first step in this journey, and I’m excited to see our impact grow on an international scale.
How do you stay motivated and relevant in your field?
I stay motivated by remembering my “why” – to empower women through business and beauty. The aesthetics industry is always evolving, so I ensure I stay ahead by investing in continuous learning, upgrading our training standards, and keeping my brand aligned with luxury, innovation, and results.
What advice would you give to aspiring women leaders and professionals?
Believe in yourself and your vision, even when others don’t. Success isn’t just about talent, it's about resilience, consistency, and taking bold action. Surround yourself with people who inspire you, invest in your knowledge, and don’t be afraid to stand out. As women, we have the power to create businesses that not only bring financial freedom but also inspire and uplift others along the way.
