My journey has always been guided by a passion for bridging worlds, legal and creative, technical and human, heritage and innovation. As a lawyer and business strategist, I’ve worked across continents, from Europe to the Middle East and Africa, advising on complex projects in hospitality, real estate, and investment. Founding AG Consulting with my husband, Greg White, has been the most transformative chapter. Together, we’ve built a firm rooted in trust, vision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, helping clients realize bold ambitions while upholding the highest standards of integrity and impact.

What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?

Building a business as a woman in traditionally male-dominated sectors comes with its own set of challenges, earning trust, breaking through bias, and balancing multiple roles. I’ve learned to lead with authenticity, resilience, and empathy. Having Greg as my partner, whose ability to coach, empower, and inspire talented people is unparalleled, has been my greatest asset. Relevance comes from listening: to clients, to communities, and to the evolving needs of our world. I believe in adapting quickly, embracing change, and never losing sight of the human stories behind every project.
